$675 and ready to ship is a great deal, given that new they're $875 and have a lead time.

^ Not to mention that if they're local to you, you can probably work out a reduced price for local pickup.

No problem @Vtory , I had to resist buying it myself with the tax return because I want to see what the Bifrost Multibit's cooking before I move on.

    It's a great item and you'll love it's performance, I love mine!

But a 15% discount from new and zero warranty doesn't exactly shout "deal" at me...

Like Yggdrasil prices too. $2000 when $2300 new with a warranty? That's nuts and yet they sell.

Might just be me, but living in CA with a yearly audio budget in mind, new Schiit gets pretty costly. A new Yggdrasil + shipped/ tax is more than $2500 and the Gungnir Multibit's $1400 after tax vs $900-1100 used. And unless they spontaneously combust (heaven forbid) the warranty is nice, but...

That being said, all of my schiit's been purchased new and direct so far because used deals get snapped up fast and they retain value very well, because they're a damn steal in the audio world.

You can have this post in the for sale section and link it to headfi. Shouldn't be a fuss.

Plus more people will see it if it's in its own fs thread, rather than getting buried in used deals.

Listening to more DAC's recently and Gungnir Multibit is next on my list. This price seems high but then again the shipping is free and you don't see a lot of these come up for sale on the used market. Once I sell the PS Audio PerfectWave the Gungnir Multibit will be my next stop.

Eddie Current Balancing Act on Head-Fi, $3150. Not sure about the price, but thought it was worth mentioning here.
