Pissed off the walking stick and pain killers today. Physios a bitch but it will be worth it. Been sober 28 years so the Endone had to go.

  Congratulations - good job kicking them out. I was just with another Headphone friend last night and we talking about this very subject. Natural remedies are hit current M.O. - I did a pain recovery program that an Aussie dude put together. Might / might not help looking into if you are struggling with the transitions. Thank you for the kind words guys. Few complications post surgery that has seen me in here for a week, but going home tomorrow.

Just having a knee replaced. Ugh, I wish it were as simple as a stylus. Epidural just wore off; getting old is not for the faint of heart.
