    The first 3 films were good. After that I stopped bothering. I would rather read the damn books. Gandalf was the wise man in a mad world and he did not back down. Such a great character.

    Of course she always liked the thump of the bass, and clubbing around the bay area could easily have changed her hearing response. Some of those SF bars were incredibly loud.
    
    Also up til about turning 23, I could hear ultrasonic alarms and certain dog whistles. So I'm sure I have abnormal hearing response.

  he plead guilty, but they couldn't get attempted murder bc he was too unstable. they got concealed weapon and felony stalking instead

    attempted murder is apparently very legally specific. bc he was mentally unstable and "not sure" what he was going to do, it wasn't fully premeditated and therefore not murder apparently? but he still got hit w 2 felonies and plead guilty w no deal so he's going away for quite a while. sentencing is later this month
