I'm kind of thinking this amp will match up well with Gungnir A2 which is a little more prickly and tilted upward if I am interpreting impressions correctly. It is silver so maybe I'll have a dream stack if I get a silver MJ3. Swoon ....
I wasn't originally planning on an MJ3. MJ1 and MJ2 never excited me. But the switchable feedback and possibility of tube-like performance from a SS design made this a good addition to the lab inventory. Then I did something a certain "scientist" doesn't. I listened to music through it. And will for years to come.
Is MJ3 now a regular member of the schiit lineup? or is this another limited run? If limited, then any concept of how many units and how fast it will sell out? (based on sales of the first run)
@rlow... thanks for the info, but virtual dislike on the answer. I'm holding out for the Yggdrasil MIL-F and want to spread out the cost... so hoping the MIL-F is soon and the MJ3 lasts another month or so
