I guess it really comes down to how much do you value your time? If you're going NOS route... searching for known good tubes from reputable sellers, or churning thru ebay listings and not knowing what you're getting vs purchasing an equivalent sounding tube for 2-3x as much with 0 time investment/0 hassle? Then yes, I'd probably spend $200.

But I don't think I'm willing to spend that much for what I agree looks like a rebranded Psvane tube... when I can get various NOS 6SN7's in stock from reputable sellers (eg., Brent Jesse) for <$100.

@yotacowboy I think Sophia uses hand selected Shuguang Treasures as well. I did buy a pretty decent sounding Psvane years ago but it had a short life.
