I've been lifting a lot and have been in shape for quite a while before dad died few years back, then stopped, got fat and terrible. lost 17 kg and started lifting again. doing full body workouts 4x a week, all major compounds and some accesory stuff too. good to see you guys lift too, iron is the way, all the way. currently on 18% bf, goal about 10-12
