        There's a good reason why the UERMs were the choice of IEMs for Changstar members/staff for many years. Not many IEMs could beat them in tonality or sheer technicalities only until recently with the Andros. I still keep my pair around for backup.

        @thegunner100 so you're saying that Andros are better than UERM/UERR? I heard Andros, but not UE. Andros are stellar, but I don't think I can go back to universals.

        I haven't tried the UERR since the time we had it at a meet, and definitely not with the ZX2. It was hard for me to go back to universals but the SQ improvement was worth it.

        @zerodeefex - The reports of a sluggish UI make it seem horrible (no detailed descriptions), especially with a lot of music it. Otherwise I would have an AK Jr. How many (GB) do you have on yours?

        @zerodeefex @Dino honestly I think the lag isn't that bad. ~1.5sec delay between pages at most (usually when opening song/album/artist lists). Transfer time from computer though...2-4x slower than iPhone. No USB3 support.

        Enjoying the hell out of the Martians, though- 2xDD and 2xBA per ear.. really nice sound.. fast and surprisingly detailed. Rather than a boomy and flabby low end, it's extended and tight AF. Wish I had discovered them earlier.

        this makes CA even more interesting as well - I've only heard the Orion and its supposed to be somewhat close to the Andromeda (which is most people's end game IEM, replacing their headphones sometimes) but it only has a single BA!

        ..and here's me enjoying the modestly-priced UM Martian, a surprisingly neutral take on the "hybrid" thing, with two DD and two BAs. Andromedas don't fit in my ears comfortably (though I do like the sound), so these were a real discovery.

        It lacks extensions on both low & high frequencies, doesn't isolate/cancel ambient noise and distorts quite high after 12th volume clicks - but the aforementioned problems are better than Earpods. I suspect minor tweaks of same drivers.

        My hatred towards Sine: weird mid timbre, shouty/brittle/dry treble. Even my cheaper 1 BA IEM sounds more right.

        Also: the timbre is quite similar to HD650 albeit worse technical qualities. They're so light to the point I feel they could fall off anytime. But they never move, let alone fall off.

        Santa Claus got the PS 4 here because I had issues with XBox 360 reliability (kids would go mad cuz the machine would turn itself off in the middle of the game due to heath issues). Both have pretty cool games though.

        Depends on what games you want to play. Also worth noting the Xbox S is the only console that plays 4k Blu rays if that's important to you. Other than that, they are both essentially the same with different exclusive games.
