    Nectar Bee for CONUS loaner:
The astute will note the increased days per person. I'm allowing this because I'd like to ask tour members to try with a variety of amps. These headphones are 11 ohm impedance and very power hungry in my experience.

According to the website 1.3W is recommended. We could assume that rating is at 50ohm (Bee’s impedance). My Piety and Vali2+ do not make the cut. Ill order a Magni+ now which is rated at 1.6W at 50ohm.

@ChaChaRealSmooth did Sajeev give any instruction on the foam grill like if its necessary or recommended?

    edit: 11ohms!

I'd like to hear it—I'm curious if it sounds like how I remember my old LCD2.2. Boston, MA.

    Please! Eastern PA.

Is there a balanced cable with them? I ask because I've got a Mjolnir 1 (XLR only), which should drive these nicely.

11 ohms, eh? Another member of the Mjolnir club chiming in, although I have a few other toys to throw at it. This should be fun.

    Eastern Iowa.

    A quick update.

I received the loaner unit from @ChaChaRealSmooth yesterday. But I've noticed one of the stock (solid) pads had less pieces of velcros than the other side, which caused mild imbalance in mids (to my ears). I spoke to Chacha in PM and will order velcro tapes and fix the pads before sending out to @Tchoupitoulas

Btw I had to agree with Chacha's claim of amplification (i.e., powerful amps get benefit). 2ch speaker amp made them really sing.. Will discuss this in my review later.

I'd love to get the chance to hear the Bee. I am in Illinois.

I only have one desktop amp, but it's a vintage speaker amp with gobs of power so should be decent pairing?

I know this guy! Matt is a stand up gent and planar fanatic (particularly vintage ortho). Id like to read his impressions on Bee. Ill lend him my HE6se so he can write a comparison for us. 6se and LCD2C appear to be the main rivals for Bee. Please and thank you @ChaChaRealSmooth .

P.S. I think you forgot to add my name to the tour list.

edit: I missed that he was already added. Cool

I know I am late, but hoping I could get added to this as it has not come to the PNW yet. I am located in Tacoma, WA. Just bought an Enleum AMP-23r so trying to expand my planar knowledge with what should be a stellar amp pairing.
