        Rob (rb2013) bought some vintage 6N23s from my source and praised them. Prices then shot up. Feel free to PM if you want more details. I outlined my 6N23P experience in the Valhalla 2 thread. Started with 90s Voshkods, but they were microphonic in the Valhalla 2. I assume the same issue in your Mjolnir 2. Ended up with some 1969 Reflektors that I kept even after selling the amp.

        I think kolkoo on HF still has some '74s left. He offered $125 for a pair shipped from Bulgaria but his price might change depending on his stock. He has really great service too, he would find you the tubes that match the closest and give you the numbers, oh and 10 days return.

        @e.schell it depends a bit on the amp. For Mjolnir2 I like WE w396a or LM Ericsson 2C51L a lot, but there's a limited benefit from tube rolling here. For Vali2 I like the Siemens E88CC or Telefunken E88CC but that's not at all cost efficient.
