I'll be interested to read (3 years from now) in some tech journal why getting lossless on Spotify was such a difficult task.

Like I have said the Spotify audience at large could care less about lossless. It is just our minute sliver of the market that gives a crap.

122.0.6261.58 on Win 11 Home, no issues. Using Adblock Plus and NoScript, but I mostly allow this site.

Update 2: It's the Malbytes Browser Guard extension. Allowing everything for SBAF doesn't solve the problem for me, I have to completely disable it.

That one’s from one of his little-read transitional books. It’s Nietzschean, but it’s not his mature teaching. The le Carré quote has some parallels with something an acquaintance (formerly, a corporate lawyer) told me last year: “No matter how low your expectations of other people are—go lower.” That’s what I think of the government in Washington. They’re unworthy of my attention.

The OPA627 is also a single channel, not a dual. I usually fry them by inserting them upside down. Reverse voltage kills most of them, and always on the FET ones.

According to the marks on the chips, the adapter board, and the amp, I got all the positioning right, and there aren't any solder bridges between the legs or other visible problems, so idk. But with 8V of DC and no sound at the output (I used phones I could lose, but they survived), there's a failure somewhere!
