        We had one customer, wanted 65" and wife didn't want above 55". He buys the 65" anyway and has it unboxed in the work truck. Coworker brings it inside and hangs it, wife says it looks bigger than the old 55".

        Coworker measures the tv across the top, 55" on the dot. Wife believes him.

        Similar thing happened to my HE-5LE. Superglued the nut which was actually superhard on the yokes altogether right back into the cup. Works flawlessly.

        Looks like a "threaded nut insert". Used a lot with wood, and if one blows, you can typically drill a larger bore and install a new one, but with plastic you may be hosed.

        There was a good one last year on the 405, that started in Burbank I believe and made it all the way to San Juan Capistrano area. PIT maneuvered 4 times, but kept driving out of them, and avoided all the spike strips (It was a low speed chase, that's what worked in the favor of the future felon). The end came when they ran out of fuel...
